What Do You Want To Do?
IP Telephony
Is a family of technologies, methodologies, communication protocols, and transmission techniques for the delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol (IP) networks, such as the Internet. Other terms frequently encountered and often used synonymously with VoIP are IP telephony, Internet telephony, voice over broadband (VoBB), broadband telephony, and broadband phone.
IP TV & Video On Demand (VOD) System
Is a system through which Internet television services are delivered using the architecture and networking methods of the Internet Protocol Suite over a packet-switched network infrastructure.
Fire Alarm System
An automatic Fire Alarm System is designed to detect the unwanted presence of fire by monitoring environmental changes associated with combustion and associated systems to control the spread of fire and smoke.
IP Public Address

Is an electronic amplification system with a mixer, amplifier and loudspeakers used to reinforce a sound source.

PA over IP refers to PA paging and intercom systems that use an Ethernet network instead of a centralized amplifier to distribute the audio signal to all paging locations. The digital audio stream is transmitted via the local area network.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors.
IP Access Control
Access Control is a system which enables the authorities to control access to areas and resources. Access control is of prime importance when persons seek to secure important, confidential, or sensitive information and equipment. Item control or electronic key management is an area within (and possibly integrated with) an access control system which concerns the managing of possession and location of small assets or physical (mechanical) keys.
Building Management System
A Building Management System (BMS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems.
Airport System
  • - Flight Information Display System (FIDS)
  • - Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE)
  • - Baggage Handling Reconciliation System (BRS)
  • - Gate Management System
  • - Visual Docking System
Home Automation

Home automation is a field within building automation, specializing in the specific automation of homes for the comfort & security of residents.
Home automation covers many basic functions in the home including:

  • - Light and climate control
  • - Control of doors and window shutters
  • - Security and surveillance systems etc.
  • - Home entertainment and multi-media systems control.
  • - Automatic plant watering and pet feeding
  • - Automatic scenes for dinners and parties
  • - More user-friendly control interface.
IP Video Conferencing

Videoconferencing is a set of telecommunication technologies which allow two or more locations to communicate by simultaneous two-way video and audio transmissions. Videoconferencing to serve a conference or multiple locations rather than individuals.

IP Building Management System (BMS)
A Building Management System (BMS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilationlightingpower systems, fire systems, and security systems.
Microwave Intrusion Detection System
The microwave intrusion detection system is a microwave radar sensor designed to monitor it's protected zone for movement and continuously “learn” and adjust to changing weather and terrain conditions without adjusting the unit. The alarm sounds if a person moves within the protected zone.
Nurse Call System
A nurse call is a system found around in hospitals that allows patients in health care settings to alert a nurse or other health care staff member remotely of their need for help. When used, this systemsends alerts to staff at the nurse's station.
Under-Vehicle Surveillance System
An under-vehicle surveillance system generally consists of still or video cameras mounted within a ramp and used at facility access points, particularly at secure facilities. An under-vehicle inspection system is used to detect threatsthat are hidden underneath vehicles. Cameras capture images of the undercarriage of the vehicle for manual or automated visual inspection by security personnel or systems.
Master Clock System
A master clock is a precision clock that provides timing signals to synchronize slave clocks as part of a clock network.  The master clock in such installations is controlled by an accurate quartz crystal oscillator, usually referenced to an external frequency standard such as MSF, which is part of a world-wide timekeeping system.
 Additional Services

 - Security Integration System
 - IP Metering
 - IP Point of Sale (POS) & IP Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
 - Integrated Management and Billing Platform
 - High Speed Internet
 - IP Intercom System
 - IP Hotel Lock
 - IP Audio Recording

Case Studies
Development of King Abdul-Aziz Endowment Project
The Evolution of the Internet has resulted in the steady application of the convergence approach to effectively integrate and cost-effectively manage building automation systems and services resulting in increased savings and reduced capital expenditures.
White Papers
The intent of this research is to provide documented evidence and build tools that can be used to educate and influence end-users, building owners, architects, and contractors that a "greener building" can be achieved using intelligent technology, and will provide a tangible and significant return on investment. This concept – intelligent, green, and profitable – is what we call a bright green building.
